We had a perfect service from Northwood and cannot recommend them enough. We required a short term let urgently where Lloyd went above and beyond to ensure we were able to secure the property. Nothing was too much trouble and even when an unexpected issue with the boiler arose (which could not have been forseen), Wesley dedicated his busy Saturday to ensure we were both OK. With the issue swiftly resolved, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay in one of their many beautiful properties. It's clear Northwood really care about their customers and we would not hesitate in reaching out to them again in our time of need.
