Amazing staff everyone was extremely friendly and Luke the agent who showed us around the properties was amazing at answering all our questions and making sure we knew exactly what the protocol is when renting a property for the first time!

I recently moved to Oxford from North Wales. Martin & Co made it easy. I rented a place which was being refurbished. Unfortunately, since I was living away from Oxford, the first time I witnessed the end product was the day I moved in. Obviously this was a bit nerve-wracking, as I was unsure whether the end-product would be acceptable. As an overseas student, I have been previously burned when trying to rent places I had yet to physically view. Luckily, Martin & Co handled everything splendidly. The room looked great, and the few quibbles I had were taken care of immediately. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially those trying to rent from a distance.

We have had a really good experience with Martin & Co. In fact on the day I spotted what was to become our new home Lizzie McLean from the Oxford office was able to come and collect me for a viewing within the hour. It was good luck for both of us that we were able to make an impromptu meeting. Luke Vecchione has been superb from the beginning. When the property, that we will now be renting, came on the market we were really excited to see it. But we found it difficult to arrange an appropriate time with Luke, so in the meantime we began viewing other properties. Then Luke kindly rang a few weeks later to book a viewing at a time that he knew we could do, and he seemed just as excited as we were. He has since been excellent at communicating with us and making sure the process for renting the property has been easy and efficient. I feel very pleased in the knowledge that we have the support of an excellent agent.
