I have just recently rented a property through Martin & Co and have had such a pleasant and positive experience with them the whole way through. Luke was prompt in booking a viewing with me and then forwarding any questions I had to the landlord, and in answering everything I wanted to know. Both Luke and Iulia and have been helpful and accommodating through the whole application process, including booking extra viewings for me to go back and see the property again and replying promptly to any emails I've sent. The whole thing has been seamless and has made me feel very comfortable in my new property!

We had a good feeling about Martin & Co as soon as we met Luke. He was very friendly, extremely professional and a fast mover! It has taken a week from when we first saw the property advertised, to having all paper work completed deposit being paid. Nothing has been too much trouble and both Luke and Iulia have been extremely helpful, they’ve always been at the end of the phone to answer our calls, and they’ve responded to our emails very quickly!! Very good customer service. Iulia was really helpful sorting out all the documents needed for renting. The paperwork process, which usually is quite tedious, was actually seamless thanks to her. Kate was also really helpful sorting out some small fixings needed in the house, overall quite pleased with all the team.
