When I bought my first buy-to-let property I approached Martin & Co and spoke to Kate, she could not have been more helpful and professional. She answered all of my queries and if she wasn't sure she always got back to me with the answer. I now have a portfolio of properties and I wouldn't trust any other company than Martin and Co to manage them, (so long as Kate continues to work there that is.) would not hesitate to recommend.

Having recently moved out of a room with Martin & Co, I have to say that the experience was a lot better than it has been in the past with other agents. I was due rent back and Kate in accounts got in touch with me to tell me that, and paid it back to me same day. My deposit was returned shortly after.
