I've been a customer of Breckon & Breckon for a number of years, following a recommendation from a friend. As with many businesses it's how issues and customer services are handled that can differentiate an OK business from a great business. I have used Breckon and Breckon for almost 10 years now and I've found that they provide an excellent letting service by always putting the customer first and managing the process efficiently with the minimum of fuss, Being a fairly small company, they have excellent local knowledge, are much more approachable and friendly, and in my experience, provide a far superior more personalised service than some of the large, national businesses. Any of the usual problems which tend to arise in letting property etc over the years have been resolved quickly. I have recommended B&B to others and would have no hesitation in continuing to do this.

I cannot fault the speed and communication from Breckon, we enquired about the property and then a few days later we were viewing it. The next day we had been accepted to move there and within 2 weeks we were moving in. The agents were always quick to reply to any emails/questions we had and they made the moving process very easy. The only constructive comment I would have is that we had to drive over to Oxford to collect the keys on our move in day, we were based in Buckingham and the day was extremely busy - it would have been nice if the agent could have dropped the keys to us on the day.

Rented a property with them. When we moved in the house was a complete disaster and we would be able to give only 1 star as review, but with time they managed to build our trust back and didn't fail us ever since, hence the 4 stars.
