Breckon and Breckon's management of my flat has always been friendly and helpful and the individuals the management team use to maintain the property appear to be decidedly good folk abounding in charm, good sense and the willingness to make sure the tenant is happy with the result of any work. Yesterday I had the delightful surprise to know that the realignment of a washing machine and the subsequent revelation of filth on top of and around it was to be cleaned by the employee as part of the work. This action needs to be recorded and thus this encomium to Messrs B&B.
