First class service from every employee

I have been using Breckon and Breckon to let a flat I own for 8 years with great service. 3 months ago I put a second flat with them for renovation and then letting. I can honestly say that the service I received at each stage was excellent and even now when the tenant is in situ, Breckon still offer wonderful customer service to any request I have.

If you are moving to, or have recently moved to Oxford, you will understand how daunting and exhaustive navigating the rental market can be. Trawling through countless listings, phone call after phone call, viewing after viewing, disappointment after disappointment. Rental prices are angst provokingly high and there is an inherent fear of not knowing what you are getting yourself into. Plus, you are probably also trying to settle into a new job or university, all while sleeping on someone’s couch – there is likely a lot going on for you at this rather stressful moment in your life, compounded further by trying to find somewhere to live. Having just moved to the UK myself, this was largely my experience too. What made it easier however, was working together with Breckon & Breckon. I rented my flat through the Breckon & Breckon Summertown office in early 2019. As it was the first time I had rented out, the process at first seemed a bit daunting.
