I have been using Breckon and Breckon to let a flat I own for 8 years with great service. 3 months ago I put a second flat with them for renovation and then letting. I can honestly say that the service I received at each stage was excellent and even now when the tenant is in situ, Breckon still offer wonderful customer service to any request I have.

We Viewed Deansfield Park in Ickford. Melissa was a great help, although there is no show homes she was still able to provide a great overview of the development via the 3D model. We also found her knowledge of the market and local area exceptional. We did not buy at this stage but will certainly be in touch when in a position to proceed to see what developments Melissa has at that time. We viewed a few new developments over the weeks and found other agents to not have as much knowledge of the area or provide a reassuring confident service.

Wow! We have moved house now. Patrick at Breckon and Breckon Summertown went above and beyond the call of duty following up with solicitors and making sure that the chain was moving in the right direction and there were no significant hold ups.
