Elise, Emma and Wayne were an exceptional team of agents! They were so helpful, and proactive - photos to accepting an offer above the asking price in 5 days! They supported us through every step and were really friendly and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have let in Oxford through Breckon and Beckon for several years now. Throughout this time I have been very satisfied indeed with the courteous and efficient way in which they have rendered both the letting and management process. It sems to me that all the staff concerned manage to balance the interests of landlords and tenants in a highly professional and fittingly balanced manner for both parties, explaining all options/ choices/decisions calmly and fully. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to let a property, or indeed seeking to rent one.

I bought my property throught Breckon & Breckon, by the end of 2022. Their help was critical to simplifying an otherwise lenghty and complicated process. Now, after some experiences in letting the flat with other agents, I decided to come back to Breckon & Breckon, certain that their professionalism in the sales' service is comparable to the the lettings' one.

I had a very positive experience working with Breckon & Breckon. The letting process was smooth and efficient, and communication was clear throughout. I was kept updated at every stage, and the team helped me secure suitable tenants in a short time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and outcome. Mike was efficient, responsive and professional throughout the letting process. He always replied promptly to my emails and offered helpful advice — for example, suggesting we test the market with the proposed rent before considering any adjustment. He handled everything smoothly and made the process stress-free. I really appreciate his effort and support.
