As a developer I have been with Nev Lyon since 2022 and he has become a friend as much as a business colleague. So good at customer care and, frankly, he leaves all other estate agents I have worked with, for dead! I am a pedant and he too likes detail....ensuring that the job is always done right. Would I recommend him? Absolutely. Great guy.

Nev has been amazing. I've moved out of the country which makes a lot of things difficult, but Nev has more than stepped up to the plate. I could not have sold my house without someone as helpful and willing to go the extra mile as he is. I 100% recommend him and EweMove to everyone.

We chose Nev at EweMove to sell our home after we viewed another property with him. His service level was much higher than the other agents we met and we wanted this for the potential new owner of our home too. His attention to detail was just one of the things that stood out. Since we advertised, Nev was in constant contact with us, keeping us up to date on any enquiries and feedback from viewings. After we'd accepted an offer, the contact remained and he helped keep the solicitors in line to get a completion date arranged. We would highly recommend EweMove!

We used Ewe Move (Nev) for both our sale & purchase. From start to finish, Nev was on hand to keep us up to date with developments and was always willing to answer any questions you may have. He explained everything in great detail. Nev set out realistic expectations instead of setting out unrealistic targets. We believe had we not had Nev dealing with our transaction, we wouldn't have got the move we wanted. Should we move in the future, we wouldn't consider anybody else, only Ewe Move & Nev. Had a fantastic experience selling my Dad's property with Nev. Hosting all viewings and keeping me informed on developments from beginning to end. The personal touch he gave to the process was extremely valuable. I haven't experienced that with other Estate Agents I've used in the past. Thoroughly recommended. Well done Nev & EweMove.

Nev at EweMove has been absolutely fantastic to work with when selling our house in Guiseley. He is easy to communicate with, proactive, and knowledgeable about buying and selling in the area. Property sold very quickly. Compared to other agents I’ve used in the past , Nev was extremely active in marketing the property. He certainly went above and beyond other estate agents I’ve come across. An absolute pleasure to deal with him. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to use him again or recommend him to others.

Welcome! I’m Nev Lyon, your local EweMove personal agent and owner/director of the Otley & Guiseley Estate Agent branch along with my wife Terri. Back in 2018, I took the brave and perhaps very risky decision to leave a long standing well-paid role in the energy industry, to found our local EweMove branch. I can honestly say we have never looked back or regretted this decision once. It just felt right and the best move I could have made. I genuinely love it! Like all new businesses, we’ve had many challenges and setbacks (well, it is the property market after all!), ridden Brexit along with the pandemic but this has simply helped us learn and fine tune our business to become the first choice for vendors & landlords alike, looking for a premium friendly personal service. There is nothing more rewarding than handing over the keys to excited first-time buyers! Equally, when a former customer recommends us to friends or family, or come back the second time to sell their house, we know we are on the right track. I grew up in Wetherby, and as a teenager moved to Harrogate which is where Terri and I met. After uni, we got married and bought our first house in Harrogate. We now have two fantastic grown-up sons that we are very proud of and two gorgeous grand children but still feel a bit too young to be grandparents! We’ve always had the property bug and have moved six times locally, all of the houses have been ‘doer-uppers’. I share our experience with prospective buyers to understand the potential any property, no matter what condition it is in. Having moved so many times, we’ve truly felt the property moving pains ourselves and our mission is to take as much of that away from you as possible. In the modern world, great service is often difficult to come by but our mantra is to treat people how we wish to be treated ourselves…and we really appreciate excellent service!
