We received an incredible service from start to finish. The team at EweMove Estate Agents in Otley & Guiseley are one of a kind and they set the benchmark for service for Estate Agents in West Yorkshire. We previously had our property up with a local estate agent in Ilkley and we didn't get much interest so we decided to try EweMove based on some recommendations we had from friends and from all the sold signs we saw in the area. From initial conversations to having an offer on our property, it took less than 6 days. We are so grateful for the service that Nev provided and we can not recommend the team enough to anyone in West Yorkshire looking to sell their home.

From start to finish, Nev was the perfect agent. He made the house look fantastic on the photos, the blurb was accurate and we had a considered chat around pricing. I believe I achieved more for the house with EweMove than I would have with the other agents who valued my place. The move took a while due to issues at the start of the chain, but Nev patiently and smoothly guided the process through.

I viewed a property today with Nev and he was both professional and helpful, I was given all the details I required and was sent a useful video of the property afterwards so I didn’t have to take photos through the viewing. Whilst I chose not to offer on that particular property, Nev took some details of what I’m looking for should anything more suitable come up in the future. Thanks for all your help!

EweMove Review Our first “High Street” estate agents were a dead loss, so we changed to EweMove on the recommendation of our daughter. What a contrast! From the start they had a totally professional attitude. The house photos were all triopod taken, not snapped. Proper information and details of the house and garden were taken, not just loosely noted. All prospective buyers were escorted round the property, with all the extra sanitation Covid 19 requires. Additionally they also supplied (if required) a solicitor and job Progressor to keep every thing moving once a sale was made. This is a 5 star company which we would recommend to anybody.

Nev was the best Estate Agent we met during the time we were looking for a house. He’s a good people person and has been great at advising and speaking with us after our offer was put in. Really happy with this customer experience.
