I would never even think of viewing a house again with stones young, after what a member of there staff said to me when I put an offer in for a property with them, she totally did everything she could to stop me buying it when my offer was accepted she had someone else lined up for the property, which I later found out through a friend, it was a set up, so un professional, and a very upsetting experience

Rude no telephone manners, I called to ask if I can plan a visit to a property and after hearing what I said the phone was hangup, when I called second time straight after no apologies offered and spoken in unprofessional manner , don't know the name but was a man.

I’ve found the team extremely difficult to deal with. Whenever I ask a question, they either don’t respond, forget to follow through, or patronise me when I raise something that needs attention. Harriet even hung up the phone on me while I was speaking politely, simply because she couldn’t be bothered to deal with me as a customer. When I ask to speak with Joane, someone else always calls back instead, so you never actually get clarity. Overall, the whole experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. I’m not surprised at all by the other 1-star reviews on trust pilot. Dont forget that the 5 star reviews on Facebook and google are not verified. I found it surprising why the reviews are high on one end and on the verified pages, so low! Happy to provide named and direct reviews if needed.

Absolutely very unprofessional company would never use or recommend anyone very childish personels working in the office who are unaware of rules and the law
