I think anyone who has tried to secure any kind of property in a city like Leeds knows how difficult it can be - and after a month of desperation, it honestly felt like Redbrick flew in to save us. It's no exaggeration that from the first call, and then in every interaction afterwards, Redbrick have championed the perfect blend of professionalism and heart. It's so clear they take pride in their work with their impeccable communication, understanding, and patience with naive first-time-renter questions (especially Clare, reminding me of how fridges work. Thank you so much for bearing with me!) No doubt the team gets hundreds of calls and inquiries each week, yet with each communication, they always have time for you. You really can feel the genuine compassion and care that gets put into their work and this has been shown especially through Brigitta. I really believe we would have been searching for an apartment for another month (or longer) if she hadn't paired us with - not just an 'anything will do we're desperate' space - but a place we feel really happy and proud to live in. We were always made aware of timescales and what would be expected to come next in the process, never kept in the dark. Whatever she may be getting paid clearly isn't enough for what a superstar she has been to us! Thanks again so much Redbrick Leeds!! :)

Our experience with Redbrick Properties has been amazing so far! Milo has been working with us and he has been really helpful, honest, and attentive, which has made our house-hunting a lot less stressful. The process of signing for a house has been well-guided and we have been supported throughout. I strongly recommend Milo, and the office if you want a straightforward and friendly renting process. Redbrick Prpoerties My experience of Redbrick Properties is they are an impressive and well organised company offering first class customer service. They have a portal providing the financial data a landlord needs and a record of ‘completed’ and the status of ‘work-in-progress tasks’. Each member of staff that I have liaised with have been efficient, professional and easy to work with. Their ethos is to have the right tenant(s) for the long term. Joy Gray New to being a Landlord, Joy advised me on what we needed to do to the apartment in order to attract the best tenants - having a well presented property makes it easier to maintain the standard throughout the letting and maximises the return on investment. Joy offered practical advice on fixes and facilitated the work. The quality of workmanship was very good and she helped keep the costs as low as possible, but without cutting corners. Joy got a lot of tasks completed quickly with no fuss and made what could be a daunting task, easy! Her professionalism, communication, attitude and advice has been invaluable, the property was rented quickly.

I have used Redbrick for 9 years. From my initial meeting with Mark and Matt they were approachable, friendly and professional. Over the years I have mainly communicated with the their staff who have also been quick to respond, knowledgeable and helpful. From time to time I have sought advice from Matt or Mark and they have always been happy to chat and discuss options and give me the benefit of their great experience in the rental market.

Mark and his team have been looking after my property for around 12 years. I’ve always found the service friendly, helpful and professional. I do feel that the Redbrick team manage to strike a balance between supporting the tenant whilst also representing the landlord’s wishes and constraints. In all honesty I have looked at other agencies but have always come back to this team as it offers a great service for a competitive rate.

This company I would recommend as a landlord. They respond quickly and efficiently to any queries. Always helpful and they have a great portal for manging tenancies.

They went over and above to help me rent out my late mother’s property and did so at a great price and very speedily. Absolutely delighted with the service and will continue to use them for future tenants.

Excellent service and advice!!!The last few years Redbrick have been managing my property and i'm really happy with them. I would definitively recommend Redbrick. Clare Sheard is great property manager! She is very professional and extremely helpful!!!
