Redbrick Prpoerties My experience of Redbrick Properties is they are an impressive and well organised company offering first class customer service. They have a portal providing the financial data a landlord needs and a record of ‘completed’ and the status of ‘work-in-progress tasks’. Each member of staff that I have liaised with have been efficient, professional and easy to work with. Their ethos is to have the right tenant(s) for the long term. Joy Gray New to being a Landlord, Joy advised me on what we needed to do to the apartment in order to attract the best tenants - having a well presented property makes it easier to maintain the standard throughout the letting and maximises the return on investment. Joy offered practical advice on fixes and facilitated the work. The quality of workmanship was very good and she helped keep the costs as low as possible, but without cutting corners. Joy got a lot of tasks completed quickly with no fuss and made what could be a daunting task, easy! Her professionalism, communication, attitude and advice has been invaluable, the property was rented quickly.
