By far one of the worst letting agents I have ever had, seen or heard of. They frequently would let emails go unanswered for weeks - the issues of which included a disgusting mould problem that they have still yet to deal with and leaving a gapping hole in one of my flatmates walls for two plus months. As well as this their staff have left faeces in our toilet, and have trampled all over our beds. Horrible service and the most incompetent group of individuals to ever share an office

Do not touch them as all they are only interested in is taking your money! When you want your deposit money back they make up lame excuses for damage that never existed as the item was damaged when rental started. When this is pointed out photographically still argue the case meaning you have to take them to safe deposit Scotland arbitration. Also falsified electric tests & inspection reports.

Shocking, disgraceful, a joke - I agree with the other reviews about this worthless company of scammers. Will treat tenants like absolute dirt, will try to scam you with hidden fees, and will be very uncooperative. Went into a contract in good faith, but renting from Martin & Co has proven to be the worst financial mistake in my life. These people should be ashamed of themselves!
