I have to say I was not happy about the service I received from Martin and Co estate agents. My main issue was with the estate agent, Cliff in particular. We got off to a good start, however once the buyer put an offer in things went downhill. Once they new the deal was going through it was near impossible to get cliff on the phone. I had unanswered calls and text messages for over 4 days. When I did finally get in touch with Cliff he told me things had been done when they hadn’t, not at all professional . Selling a house is stressful enough, even more so when people do not communicate with you or say they’ve done things when they hadn’t. That said I had a better experience with the letting agency. Javid and fraz I found to be helpful. 2 stars for the estate agents and 4 stars for the letting agency.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Martin & Co. Their customer service has been poor— very blunt on the phone, and they just don’t respond to emails as they please. I was sent the wrong property address for a letting after 3 emails and a phone call, no apology or acknowledgement of mistake. It’s been a hassle just trying to get any accurate information. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The most clueless unprofessional of an agent with attitude who has no understanding how to speak with people absolutely disgusting. Learn manners and get some knowledge on how things work before you open your unprofessional mouth and speak nonsense. This place does not deserve a star absolutely amateurs. Beware! Worst Letting Agency in Glasgow - Scammers! I had an absolutely terrible experience with this letting agency. They are hands down the worst agency I've ever dealt with. From the moment I signed the contract, it became evident that they were only interested in scamming me. Furthermore, they were quick to take my money but provided no value in return. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for their tenants is astounding. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable letting agency in Glasgow to steer clear of this one. They favoured the junior Dr ofc and made no time to talk to the others there for the viewing unless it was a snidey comment about their occupation. This letting agency too discriminate against people who have partial housing element of universal credit. Avoid!
