Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experience over my time in renting. Ended the tenancy early due to the lack on communication and resistance to help us at the property at any stage. Broke multiple laws in the landlord and tenant act, left us over Christmas without a working oven and make unplanned calls to the property whilst me and my partner work nights, refusing to leave because ‘I’m in the area now’. Avoid this company like the plague!!

Firstly, the re-let of your property was agreed as per your request, where we re-advertised the property as you decided to vacate the property before the tenancy was agreed to end. In regards to the oven, having checked our records I can confirm that this was repaired on the 21st December, however a further issue with the socket was then found which meant further investigations needed to be carried out. I am sorry you feel that there were unplanned calls to the property, however, we've not had any records of unauthorised access and we always arranged access with yourselves or you would arrange visits with the contractors directly at your convenience. Seraph took 3 months to return my deposit, despite having left my flat in good clean condition. Ross dragged his feet on processing the deposit return for weeks despite being contacted by both me and the deposit service to make a decision for repayment. I have only just recently received my deposit back, having moved out in early April.

Your deposit is registered in a third party scheme and we follow the procedures bound by this legislation, as laid out in your tenancy agreement. You will find that we acted in line with the deposit scheme and we are pleased to hear that this matter has now been resolved.

No communication in this agency, they tell us a price then another. I gave them my starting and ending date but they put the wrong end date on the contract so I needing to pay extra... And unprofessionalism which is beyond belief... I strongly advise you not to work with them!

However, I would also like to take this opportunity to point out that the lack of communication was an error with your log in details to the system and not because you couldn't get hold of us in the office. In regards to the price change, this was done at your request as you asked for a seven day extension, so the additional cost you are referring to covers the rent.
