I am not happy with Giovanni,he make upset my daughter he need looking about gate for car parking nothing done for secure parking.

I have had a few instances of Gianni harassing me about where I park my car. I only park my car in the ‘incorrect’ space if I have my baby/taking shopping in/ cleaning the car. However he has been making empty threats at me, scaremongering, harassed me with phone calls and texts in short periods of time along with belittling me when he saw me while I was cleaning my car. In the last instance it was a Sunday afternoon and he wasn’t even working!! If I could give him 0 stars I would. Ruins the whole experience for the company and now I have to be watching my back when trying to drop off shopping or my daughter in case he’s there.

Car parking in blocks can be a very difficult issue to manage and to ensure fairness for all residents within the blocks, we do our best to manage this personally and avoid using faceless car parking charging companies. Equally, we also want to make sure residents feel comfortable at their home at all times. Terrible. Communication or even any interest in communicating is non existent. I have a leak in my roof my the flat upstairs, despite raising this issue with our block manager, nothing has been done about it, the leak is getting worse as the days go by. Very unprofessional set up and I am still waiting for some (any) communication

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness So after 2 years under Seraph property management i have come to the conclusion that this "company" is not even close to being considered as amateurs in the business. Extremely unprofessional in the way they conduct their business. Communication is almost non existence. They only ask for the rent and never reply to any queries and ignore every technical issue that appears with the household! The stuff seem to be indifferent to anything you tell them. I was only able to have a proper conversation with one stuff member, the rest i consider incompetent. There is much more that i can say regarding the stuff but i will not, as it would be next level offensive. I have been asking them to come and fix my boiler for a year and a half but they wouldn't. As a result, for the whole year my flatmate never had proper shower, with water either being extremely cold or extremely hot! It was when the cup was over the top when i decided with my flatmate not to pay them for 3 months. Immediately after waiting 3 months they send the plumber to fix the problem. In general it was a very uncomfortable experience staying in their property and "cooperating" with them!

Just the worst. Terrible customer service. Nothing but issues. Steer clear! Also entered my property with out my permission. Tried taking my deposit only just got some of it back after nearly 6 months.

Communication with Seraph is a very frustrating process, as in my experience of two years of my property being managed by the company, it takes multiple emails to receive any response at all, and repeated follow ups by the homeowner for concerns to actually be addressed or actioned. When this is as simple an issue as an outside security light not working, for example, it is very disappointing that resolving the issue takes upwards of six weeks. *Please note, the initial response from Seraph is misleading - I was told that the issue of the broken security light was something that could be resolved prior to the dispensation being approved, and was told that a contractor was booked. Over a month later, this is still not resolved. This poor communication is extremely frustrating.NegativeResponsiveness, Value

we rented a house with them as management agency .I have never been treated like that, the agency is trying to claim money form our deposit by claiming that there was further cleaning required worth 150.00 pounds because as stated after their inspection there was dust in the house. We provided evidence of leaving the house in perfect condition and they insist on claiming our deposit money, even negotiating how much they can keep. I advise anyone to avoid booking a house they manage, they are highly unprofessional and have no respect for students and their money .NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We act on behalf of the Landlord of the property and have been instructed to deduct the charges for cleaning, based on the evidence provided at the end of tenancy checkout report (completed by a third party). If you do not agree with the charges, you are able to ask for independent adjudication with your tenancy deposit scheme provider, who will assess the evidence and make a decision. Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
