Our house had been on the market for 6 months with another agent with no offers and a lack of drive by the agent, once we changed to Phil we had 2 offers in 2 weeks and sold subject to contract. Phil injected real passion and commitment to sell our house.

About EweMove Leamington Spa North & Knowle
My name is Philip Smith, and I've been proud to call Leamington Spa home for the past 8 years, previously residing in the neighbouring town of Warwick. Over the last decade, I've immersed myself in the dynamic worlds of hospitality and retail, gaining valuable experience and honing my skills in customer service and communication.
Recently, I made an exciting transition into the real estate industry, where I'm eager to apply my passion for helping others find their perfect homes. I'm thrilled to embark on this new journey and to contribute to the vibrant community in Leamington Spa.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy and relaxation in nature. Whether it's casting a line while fishing or taking leisurely walks with my two loyal German Shepherd dogs, I cherish the peace and serenity that the outdoors offer.
I believe that life is about balance, and I strive to maintain a fulfilling personal life alongside my career. Spending quality time with family and friends is incredibly important to me, and I relish every opportunity to create lasting memories with loved ones.
As I continue to grow both personally and professionally, I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped me and excited for the adventures that lie ahead. With a genuine desire to make meaningful connections and a commitment to excellence, I look forward to making a positive impact in all aspects of my life.
