Fabulous local estate agent - We used Ashleigh Stone to sell our property at the end of the summer. We did things backwards (as an ex estate agent I know it was the wrong way to do things) and fell in love with a house before we put ours on the market. We had been looking for a house for about 6 months prior but not found quite the right house. During that entire time Ashleigh Stone emailed me new properties that had come on, called me when they thought they had something of interest and came out to value ours and kept in touch and up to date with what was happening in the market. No other agent in Leigh kept in touch with us as well as they did so when we were ready to get ours on the market of course we decided to use Dave and his team. They were under a little pressure as we had found something that we didn't want to lose but they didn't disappoint. They acted quickly and had the property on Rightmove within a day. They were honest with the feedback after viewings and were to the point when they needed to be. We had 2 offers within 2 weeks and accepted an offer and managed to get the house we wanted. They also recommended a Solicitor, who turned out to be one of the best solicitors I have ever used for conveyancing. It took approx. 16 weeks from the day we put the house on the market to the day we completed and moved to our new house. That is amazing! They definitely earned every penny of their fee. I'm sure I pestered them more than they liked but they were always professional, happy and honest (which in my previous experience not all estate agents are) and they work very well as a team.
