I was very happy with the service when selling my home through Ryder & Dutton. Amy Morgan, the valuer, was friendly and able to answer any questions I had regarding the selling process. Laura Chadderton, the negotiator I was in contact with throughout the selling process was also very helpful and friendly. Even remembered to wish me happy birthday! She kept me updated constantly throughout and, again, was happy to answer any questions whenever I had them. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience selling through Ryder & Dutton's Oldham branch and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Thanks to Lynne Darrington for being so professional and proactive after the final inspection report was carried out on my property when the tenant left recently. I now don't have to worry about paying out to have items removed which were left behind or minor repair costs. We'll done.

Firstly I'd like to say a big thanks to ryder and dutton oldham who were great helping me move house recently. There were a few wobbles with the buyers and their Solicitors on the way but Michael and his team got it over the line.
