From David at the initial appraisal through to Lyndsey as our main point of contact throughout the sale process, we have nothing but praise for the way our matter was handled. I have been a customer of Northwood Oldham for seven years letting out two properties with them. I decided to sell one of my properties and chose them to sell it for me given the customer service I received over the years. I wasn't disappointed. David and Lyndsey handled the process from the very beginning and whilst it hasn't always gone smoothly (I mean what sale does?) through no fault of theirs the way they kept me informed was great. I also felt they were very much acting on my behalf which isn't always the case with estate agents. In summary, they managed the process expertly, got me the price I wanted and did their best to push it through as quickly as possible. All with a bit of humour as we went. What more do you need?

This was the first house we viewed with Northwood and we can not fault them at all. We got to the front door and Lisa welcomed us in with a nice smile. She had lots of time for our questions and queries and was happy to talk to us about anything. Lisa was very professional as she talked to us about the house and explained everything about the application process clearly. The next day we received a phone call from Lisa telling us that we had the house and she sounded just as happy as we were. From start to finish Lisa made us feel relaxed about moving in to our new home and we couldn’t thank her enough. Northwood have been excellent from start to finish! Everyone in the office is absolutely lovely and so helpful whether you phone up or go in. We mostly dealt with Lindsey in the office who is an absolute credit to the organisation as is Lisa who showed us around our property and another Northwood property we had been interested in. Even though they have around 300 properties to look after it feels very personal as they remember who you are and your not viewed as “just another tenant”. All the staff are very knowledgeable and can’t do enough to help you. I would absolutely recommend renting from Northwood and would not hesitate to do business with them again!
