Northwood have been excellent from start to finish! Everyone in the office is absolutely lovely and so helpful whether you phone up or go in. We mostly dealt with Lindsey in the office who is an absolute credit to the organisation as is Lisa who showed us around our property and another Northwood property we had been interested in. Even though they have around 300 properties to look after it feels very personal as they remember who you are and your not viewed as “just another tenant”. All the staff are very knowledgeable and can’t do enough to help you. I would absolutely recommend renting from Northwood and would not hesitate to do business with them again!
