This was the first house we viewed with Northwood and we can not fault them at all. We got to the front door and Lisa welcomed us in with a nice smile. She had lots of time for our questions and queries and was happy to talk to us about anything. Lisa was very professional as she talked to us about the house and explained everything about the application process clearly. The next day we received a phone call from Lisa telling us that we had the house and she sounded just as happy as we were. From start to finish Lisa made us feel relaxed about moving in to our new home and we couldn’t thank her enough.
