I have moved house a couple of times before but this move was one of THE most stressful moves ever! Without the support and knowledge of Emma I think I would have gone barking mad! Always there on the end of the phone to assist me with what sometimes were quite complex issues. Even on our moving in day after the removal van broke down it was the final straw as we never arrived to our new forever home until gone 7pm but there was Emma to the rescue she was more than happy to meet us at the property on a dark Friday night when the agency had closed!! We contacted northwood to sell our beautiful home. Northwood were very responsive and we had a great rappor from the start. We were allowed to view our photos and ask for others to be taken if we didnt like the position. We were informed of every step of our sale. Our property went on the market and sold within the first week. Northwood were always communicating about additional buyers even when we had sold but we didnt want to complicate things. I have dealt with the Northwood office for a short while now and I can honestly say they are one of the most proactive estate agents in the area, I would fully recommend anyone who is selling their property in the area to choose these guys. I wanted to also highlight Emma Owen, her professional attitude is an inspiration.

David initially came to value our property, he was very polite and professional. We then dealt almost exclusively with Emma Owen who was very responsive to e-mails and we felt she was always working hard on our behalf. My only criticism is that sometimes when Emma was not available to take a call the message to call back was not passed on. Overall a very good service especially is corresponding by e-mail
