We contacted northwood to sell our beautiful home. Northwood were very responsive and we had a great rappor from the start. We were allowed to view our photos and ask for others to be taken if we didnt like the position. We were informed of every step of our sale. Our property went on the market and sold within the first week. Northwood were always communicating about additional buyers even when we had sold but we didnt want to complicate things. We have just found our new home and are waiting for the next process. We cannot thank all staff enough for going above and beyond for us to sell through the fastest route. David initially came to value our property, he was very polite and professional. We then dealt almost exclusively with Emma Owen who was very responsive to e-mails and we felt she was always working hard on our behalf. My only criticism is that sometimes when Emma was not available to take a call the message to call back was not passed on. Overall a very good service especially is corresponding by e-mail
