To Emma, David and the whole Northwood team. Where do I start!! I cannot praise you all enough especially Emma. I have moved house a couple of times before but this move was one of THE most stressful moves ever! Without the support and knowledge of Emma I think I would have gone barking mad! Always there on the end of the phone to assist me with what sometimes were quite complex issues. Even on our moving in day after the removal van broke down it was the final straw as we never arrived to our new forever home until gone 7pm but there was Emma to the rescue she was more than happy to meet us at the property on a dark Friday night when the agency had closed!!
