My experiences with estate agents has not always been positive. In fact, following my house sale and subsequent property rental, the thoughts of trying to find a home filled me with dread. Indeed, I am clear that I can call in anytime to ask about local services or tradespeople who are skilled in working on a grade 2 building. Nothing was too much trouble during the sale, any information needed by solicitors or the vendors was dealt with promptly and sensitively. Most helpful too , once buyer found, to have someone who keeps the conveyancing checked through. They will also liaise with the other agents to ensure that things are progressing and contact buyer to clarify any outstanding issues.
