My experiences with estate agents has not always been positive. In fact, following my house sale and subsequent property rental, the thoughts of trying to find a home filled me with dread. I need not have worried. The quality of service offered by Mark and his team was second to none - my appraisal is directed at their professionalism, individual understanding and empathy along with their local knowledge and advice. Indeed, I am clear that I can call in anytime to ask about local services or tradespeople who are skilled in working on a grade 2 building. Nothing was too much trouble during the sale, any information needed by solicitors or the vendors was dealt with promptly and sensitively. I am extremely grateful to them for doing everything possible to ease the challenges one faces during such transactions and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services of a well informed and professional property company.
