The reason to use an agent
I have just purchased a cottage in Hatherleigh through you and without the dedication of your team, headed by Lee, and supported by Marion and Giles, the sale would not have taken place. It is totally clear that to deal with a client directly is not always possible and with the local knowledge of both the client and the area, an office in this location is totally imperative. I will certainly use you should I decide to sell in the future, and thank you again for your professionalism and strong customer service both for the vendor and the purchaser.

UnknownOkehampton is Bond Oxborough Phillips newest office. Originally based in Hatherleigh, Lee, Giles and team quickly outgrew the office space. It was a simple decision to expand into Okehampton and the Hatherleigh office is now used as an additional window display/meeting place for all of our current applicants and vendors. Not only does that mean we are now the only agent in Hatherleigh and Okehampton, we are also the only agent in both locations open 7 days a week. We have enjoyed a great reception in the town, and have had the pleasure of marketing and selling some lovely properties in the area already.
