The team at Newton Fallowell were great from start to finish. Maisie was our main point of contact and was always available when we needed to speak to her - she also kept me informed with even the smallest of updates. Maisie acted as a go-between when our buyer and his ‘specialist’ local solicitor held up proceedings on a few occasions and we can’t thank her enough for doing so. If Maisie was out of office, Alisha was always available and greeted us warmly, with a lovely smile, on the occasions we went into the office itself. Thank you also to Becky for doing the viewing on our new house and to Fred for getting ours on the market so quickly afterwards. The fees were also reasonable for what we received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NF. Thank you!

We recently used Newton Fallowell for our Sale and Purchase. They sold our house before it was even listed on the market, they communicate well and answer the phone straight away. We have had a great experience with Matt and Maisie. Maisie helped push the our sale and purchase through before the stamp duty rise by contacting the buyers solicitors for us, she was very good through out. They also recommend a solicitor they used who were very efficient. We will be using them again if we need to in the future. Highly Recommend
