So far everything has been excellent. Kate is terrific and nothing is too much trouble. She can sort out any problem, quick and professionally. Jason also is very helpful and knowledgable. All good.

Helpful,polite and kept us informed.
We were impressed with the helpful advice given by the staff, especially Peter Ledger. He kept us up to date with all the possible buyers and as we do not live near the property concerned, Peter saw to the reading of the meters, and the handing over of the keys, which I was so grateful for,. Great service,realistic yet stretching valuation and excellent communication and follow up
We approached the selling process for our house with low expectation based on previous experience and held the stereotypical view of estate agents. We have been delighted however with the service and excellent communication throughout the process. Well done Peter Ledger and the Oakham branch team..

A cut above the rest, would highly recommend.
To put it simply, they handled our sale perfectly. At times what looked like a chain that would crumble, was kept together and fully informed by Peter. I cannot fault him and his team and fully appreciate being kept in the loop at all times, which is important when the sale is having trouble. The team at Newton Fallowell break the stereotype for Estate agents and really do go above and beyond to ensure they are doing everything they can to close the sale. Jason and Peter were incredibly professional throughout and their knowledge helped reassure us throughout the process. For our sale it was their advice and strategy that got us the sale ahead of other properties still looking for buyers. Would without doubt recommend them, and can fully understand why they are so successful at what they do, with a competitive price to top it of.
