This is very straightforward. We discuss our requirements, agree a service and price, Belvoir always do exactly what they say they will do in a professional and efficient manner. There have been instances where they could have levied a charge without us being aware the service in question was not required, this has never happened. You cannot buy that level of trust. We know we made the right decision.
