My houses have been with NJH for a fair few years. Living abroad brings challenges with rental properties and my previous agent didn’t communicate effectively. Jonathon and his staff are extremely effective at letting me know when there’s any problems with the houses and they find tenants quickly, even when we have tenants pull out last minute. Fair with fees, even when the new ban came in they explained what was happening. Great company.

I have just sold an investment property with Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham and feel it is important I let future sellers know of the very professional service I have received from Kevin Laban Who was in charge of the sale. From our first meeting until the sale was completed within three weeks Kevin was extremely helpful and thorough Kevin is a credit to his profession, once again many thanks for the first class service. !!!!

We were expecting another tough time with our letting agency having seen other reviews and heard stories. Our first few weeks with them weren't great as the house wasn't in a good state. However we had a great experience with NJH in the end. Our deposit was sorted correctly and during our tenancy whenever we had an issue it was sorted within the next 2/5 days. Although its a pain to always log everything online if you do it they are very good. This may be mainly down to Will Young who was in charge of our property. He looked after us and the house brilliantly.

We have had an amazing experience with Nicholas Humphreys from the moment we moved in. They are always easy to contact and very quick in their responses. Kirsty has been particularly great in always ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and she is always extremely friendly and helpful. We reported that our washing machine was broken and they had a new one delivered and fitted the next day. The same thing also happened with our tap that we reported as broken - they had someone fit new ones the next day. We would definitely recommend Nicholas Humphreys as an estate agent.
