excellent customer care i have let my property with belvoir over 10 years. everything is taken care of, from maintenance to making sure i get the rent on time. all correspondents done by e mail. i recommending Belvoir lettings to anyone thinking of letting there property or looking to rent a property.

Recently completed on a purchase with Belvoir. Mary Hole was excellent throughout the process. Always kept us informed and would chase solicitors on both ends when required to keep things moving along. Excellent service all round!

Our landlord recently decided to swap lettings agents and move our tenancy into the hands of Belvoir. More recently our oven stopped working we emailed in the morning at opening time by 2pm an engineer had attended and fixed the issue. Whether you are a tenant or a landlord I'm sure this level of professionalism is the standard at belvoir west and I would highly recommend them to anybody.
