Our landlord recently decided to swap lettings agents and move our tenancy into the hands of Belvoir. Julie and Lloyd, who have taken on our property, have been really helpful and kind throughout the process. They are flexible and really quick to respond to emails or phone calls. They wanted to meet us in person soon after the change happened so that we could put faces to names and to properly go through what was happening with us.
