Julie made our moving experience pain free and always on hand at every step to help guide us through what was needed to be done up to the point of move in. Following our move any items that needed maintenance attention Julie delivered again first class customer service and got these issue sorted as quickly as possible. More recently our oven stopped working we emailed in the morning at opening time by 2pm an engineer had attended and fixed the issue. Whether you are a tenant or a landlord I'm sure this level of professionalism is the standard at belvoir west and I would highly recommend them to anybody.
