My experience with Robsons Northwood was delightful. Their experienced lettings team worked very hard to secure the property I was looking for. Jo Anwar was particularly committed in assisting me with my search and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I rented a property from Robson in Northwood and on the face of it I thought the property looked good and was value for money. However, after moving in, we quickly discovered that the firm, Hinch Management, commissioned by Robsons’ to complete an inventory report had failed to do a good job and had missed several serious issues. I contacted Robsons and explained that I had informed Hinch of these issues (who did not even bother to acknowledge my email). Helen at Robsons immediately sprung into action and began issuing work orders for the issues to be resolved. After a short time, all of the issues I had raised were handled. During the tenancy, our circumstances changed and we enquired about leaving earlier than expected. Robsons were supportive and put my proposal forward to the landlord for consideration. I assumed I would have to pay rent until the end of my contract but I was so impressed and happy to hear that they had found a tenant (super quick) to take my place and that I would receive some monies back from my upfront rental payment. Overall, Robsons showed that they cared and had a big heart as they were compassionate towards our circumstances and balancing the interests of the landlord too. I am so grateful for everything they did for my family and I, from the very beginning to the very end. We’ve moved to London recently and were clueless on where to start to get a house on rent and our search reached Robsons. I must say we are lucky to have come in contact with James Winter at Robsons who then patiently took us through the process and explained what to expect throughout and after understanding our needs shortlisted one property for us. Quite obviously we were in touch with other letting agencies and in fact with one we paid the holding deposit to freeze a house for us after being told that the owners liked us and have accepted the offer, went back on the word and said we don’t have the house. James took us to the shortlisted property and we instantly liked the house. By then we had seen at least 20 houses with other agencies. That’s the strike rate, that’s the accuracy of expectation matching that James and Robsons had to offer. James then explained us what to expect and clearly laid out the way forward, helped us to make a firm offer that could most likely be accepted and secured the house for us. He carefully noted all the pre tenancy clauses and worked with the owners and us and helped us quickly come to a meeting point on various terms. Robsons clearly are a flexible and at the same time run on strong processes giving great outcomes and a fabulous experience. What a great experience we had with Mark H, Liam and Mark J. Our initial search started with Mark H whom introduced us to Liam. As soon as we found the property we loved, Liam was very supportive in guiding us through the process. Buying your first home is the most nerve racking experience however with the support from Liam and the Robsons team it was a pleasurable experience. They were happy to provide reliable introductions to solicitors, surveyors and movers if needed. We were updated at every step of the process which helped keeping us calm. I have been with Robsons over a number of years and although we went through a bit of a bad patch in terms of service, I definitely feel they have taken the feedback on board and made some necessary improvements.
