James not only made sure to get a detailed understanding of what I was looking for, but also regularly sent me properties that matched my criteria, and went out of his way to arrange viewings for me and keep me up to data with any developments in terms of potential offers, etc. A breath of fresh air in the industry, and couldn't recommend more highly!
