As a tenant, I would be extremely wary of this company. Initially I thought Julie handled the viewing and organisation of the property (what I now know to be a good sales tactic). They seem to work with some very dodgy landlords that charge you an extortionate amount of your deposit for very little work (such a minor cleaning issues such as dust and a few cobwebs behind blinds!!). They quickly wash their hands of you and provide no support at all, allowing their landlords to bully you, going quickly from a "perfect" tenant with a gleaming mid-term inspection to a dirty and "unclean" property at the end of a tenancy. Honestly, you couldn't make it up! Disgusting behaviour from what I thought to be a prestigious lettings agent. Be wary!!!

Dear Chantelle, Thank you for your feedback. Your frustration is clear and for this we apologies, but unfortunately for us, it also appears to be mis-directed. Please understand that we as agents have nothing to gain from the resolution of a dilapidation claim. All claim proceeds go to a landlord. That said, the thoughts of our clients are very important to us and hopefully the below will offer you some reassurance. In regards to the matters of cleanliness recorded upon vacating, whilst I believe these areas are no longer disputed, I accept that you feel the cost of rectification is higher than you expected. In our experience, these costs appear to be quite reasonable and we accept that this view is likely the reason for your targeted discontent. However, the advice my colleague Julie provided, was to make use of the free DPS deposit arbitration service, as they will assess both the landlord and tenants claims and rule independently. Please understand, this advice is offered to you as an avenue of reaching a fair and unbiased decision and is provided to you by us, as a means of offering support to both parties when a landlord and a tenant's views are not aligned. Without any doubt the worst estate agents branch in the notts area as clients data has not been updated for decades to the extent that old personal data of no longer existing customers is still being shared with contractors who need access into an address, that is a breach of data under any standard...about time Julie B. fills in a retirement form!! if she knows how to, that is! what makes you think l'd be showing my personal details here obviously you're used to sharing, as explained above which proves my point....

Shower broke. Instructed to use the tub even though I have PCOS and bleed heavily. I said that I require to shower to clean myself when menstruating, but I was told that I can wash myself in the tub, sitting in my menstrual waste, blood, blood clots and menstrual mucus. So yeah disgusting.

Karolina, whilst we have no desire to underestimate your condition or its inconvenience, that said, you reported your issue with the shower to us at 4.19pm on Friday afternoon and yet we were able to ensure an engineer was in attendance with you before 6pm on that same day. The shower unfortunately could not be repaired and a replacement has had to be ordered. The quote to replace was received at 8.14am this morning, with the landlords consent and instructed again before Midday. Whilst we have every sympathy with the condition you describe, really I don't see that it is in anyone's best interest to provide this level of detail in your complaint and despite our best efforts this also doesn't alter the feasibility or reasonable expectation of its resolution. Criminals. Do NOT USE! We rented a house from Uni2rent now taken over by Nottingham West Lettings. When we first arrived at the house the house was disgustingly dirty, and we spent two days cleaning the house to make it liveable, even the freezer was frozen over so much so we couldn’t use it! When we vacated the house the premises was spotless, they claim they’ve had to get additional cleaners in, which is total rubbish and will not return our deposit!
