Have been with Belvoir quite a few years now as a tenant and do not have one bad word to say about them. All the staff I’ve spoken to (Julie, Clare, Tony and Lloyd) have always been so polite and happy to help with anything. They’ve always been reassuring and supportive when I’ve had concerns and always eager to help. I would recommend Belvoir Nottingham West to anyone looking for a new estate agent whether that’s to buy/sell/rent the staff are great, friendly and genuine.

The team at Belvoir Bulwell provide a professional and friendly service, problem tenants can be a nightmare for landlords but never had any issues with Belvoir.. been with them over 10 years .. well worth the management fees 10 out of 10.

Brilliant agency. Staff always nice and helpful (especially big shout for Julie). Can't say anything bad about them. We had a leak in our bathroom and they reacted really fast sorting out the problem, so it's not one of those agency's that just shove the problem under a carpet waiting to be sorted out by itself.

They are brilliant! They look after my property as if it was their own. Never had any issues. Can't recommend them highly enough!
