Avoid if you want your rent collected! Nice people but feel they get bullied by tenants and their communication on rent arrears is appalling. Of 14 tenants, 11 have arrears in the first 5 months of the tenancies, that's 78% arrears. Now owed over £10k in rent arrears and they serve me 30 days notice. I will never advice any one to use their service You will have a very hard time ..when it come to rent related issues and their communication is really bad Avoid them if possible and read any agreement given to you from them carefully.
