If you're looking to sell your home, nobody will work harder on your behalf than Paul. Throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was on hand to support us constantly. He sold our home and also sold us our new home. Our house was on the market for 5 days before we accepted an offer, whilst the other houses on our street were 'for sale' for months. Paul is a very competent and knowledgeable estate agent, and puts in twice the effort of any larger estate agent. His personal service is unrivalled, which was extremely valuable when dealing with issues that arose throughout the process, he would always go above and beyond to assist. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Paul.

Paul Chant at Ewe Move Northampton North has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We decided to put our house on the market right after things started to unlock from the COVID crisis. We contacted Paul (as we had used Ewe move to sell our last house) and he got back to us within an hour or so. We had a chat over the phone and he came over to see the house at our earliest convenience. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions in a very honest way. After about 10 days on the market our situation changed and we needed to push the sale of our house back by about a year, which means we had to take it off the market. When we told Paul and he was completely supportive and understanding and never made us feel bad about the decision. He was much more concerned about our welfare than losing a house (temporarily). There is no doubt in my mind that when we put the house back on, we will use him. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling!
