We contacted Paul (as we had used Ewe move to sell our last house) and he got back to us within an hour or so. We had a chat over the phone and he came over to see the house at our earliest convenience. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions in a very honest way. After about 10 days on the market our situation changed and we needed to push the sale of our house back by about a year, which means we had to take it off the market. When we told Paul and he was completely supportive and understanding and never made us feel bad about the decision. He was much more concerned about our welfare than losing a house (temporarily). If you're looking to sell your home, nobody will work harder on your behalf than Paul. Throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was on hand to support us constantly. He sold our home and also sold us our new home. Our house was on the market for 5 days before we accepted an offer, whilst the other houses on our street were 'for sale' for months.
