Paul and Jayne, where to start. Paul valued our property and we were very happy with the valuation considering we knew it was the wrong time to put it on the market (November) at the time but they knew time wasn't on our side as we were looking at a once in a lifetime opportunity of getting our final home. They said they wouldn't push us to sell and never did, as i had to call Paul to confirm our sale with him and organise a time to book photos to suit us to list our property with no pressure and no upfront costs. We had a private purchase also which Paul helped with our sellers side to make sure everything went smooth for us both as he knew how much this process meant to us to get completed to get our dream home. It's been 6 weeks since we moved and 7 months since the sale was agreed (longer due to waiting for probate on our purchase) and i have never once received a request for anything from either Paul or the Ewe Move team and i find this an example of something completely different from what you would expect from estate agents and would highly recommend Paul as the best out there to help you get what your looking for with no pressure, just something different from your standard agents, thank you!
