Paul and Jayne, where to start. Paul valued our property and we were very happy with the valuation considering we knew it was the wrong time to put it on the market (November) at the time but they knew time wasn't on our side as we were looking at a once in a lifetime opportunity of getting our final home. They said they wouldn't push us to sell and never did, as i had to call Paul to confirm our sale with him and organise a time to book photos to suit us to list our property with no pressure and no upfront costs.
