I sold my Aunts house through Ewe move last Month and I’m so pleased I did. Paul Chant was one of the best agents I’ve ever dealt with. He was thorough and had the best most up to date marketing techniques and we had an offer within a few days of it going on the market. I don’t live near the property so I really couldn’t have done without Paul. He took meter readings and supervised house clearance people, which really was above and beyond his role and saved me quite a few hours travelling back and forth. Paul and Jayne, where to start. Paul valued our property and we were very happy with the valuation considering we knew it was the wrong time to put it on the market (November) at the time but they knew time wasn't on our side as we were looking at a once in a lifetime opportunity of getting our final home. They said they wouldn't push us to sell and never did, as i had to call Paul to confirm our sale with him and organise a time to book photos to suit us to list our property with no pressure and no upfront costs.
