Howard was brilliant from start to finish! Being a one-man-band owning the franchise for Ewemove north Leeds he was 110% invested in our sale, produced an excellent online listing with plenty of marketing bells and whistles and quickly got us buyers at asking price. Having just one person to deal with was a big plus and he was always responsive and available to help and guide us through the process. We initially had a terrible experience with Preston Baker (avoid at all costs!) which made us want to go with a smaller, more focused local agent. We looked at a couple of budget priced agents and I was, and remain absolutely resolute that that would have been a false economy.
