We used new oak to sale our house and we are so happy with the service and time they put into helping us. Our property wasn’t straight forward let’s say and they did a fantastic job. Absolutely fantastic service, highly recommended. Paul did a fantastic job of marketing our house - we didn’t realise how just how fab our house was or how much more it was worth (other houses in the vicinity are on the market for much less and have not sold) - from the excellent description and very professional photos we could see why it was attractive to buyers. I’m sure this why our house sold in 2 days after a lot of interest Paul handled the offer negotiations and we got just a little under the asking price which was more than we originally thought anyway.Paul and Sharon’s honest advice is refreshing, nothing is too much trouble, they’re very approachable and always contactable.
