Highly recommend New Oak Estates. We didn't use them for our sale but had signed with a big name high street agent originally, only to be messed around. I contacted New Oak for some advice, over the phone they were lovely - the advice given was brilliant and they did come around for another valuation. Unfortunately we are tied in with the estate agent we've chosen - our house has now sold but I do believe without some of the advice we had from New Oak we wouldn't have sold at all. They didn't have to do what they did but they really did help us out! Should we sell again, I would use these guys. Thanks!
