I am very sorry that the landlord was unable to accept the application that you made yesterday for you your husband and your 4 children. Unfortunately in this instance he felt this could present too much wear on tear for a small 3 bedroom house. You saw the property yesterday, you made your application yesterday and paid your fee. We have spoken to the landlord today and have refunded your fee today. In less than 24 hours you have viewed, applied and your fee refunded.
