Would not recommend....absolutely useless

Beware! I was told from the beginning it was ok that I did not know my exact income being self employed. I explained my income was a very rough estimate on several occasions. I was told that if my income was not enough to rent the house then I could always use the guarantor route. I paid the application fee of £178. I was told my income was now not enough to rent the property. I explained I had managed to find a guarantor. I was then told the Landlord was not willing to rent the house to me. They were not willing to accept a guarantor application either. I have called and emailed in regards to the return of my application fee and been fobbed off. I was told the director would be in touch about this and still no correspondence from them whatsoever. I have kept all emails and correspondence and will now be proceeding to the small claims court.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Worts agency ever dont Care about tenatns

Worst agency to deal with as a tenant,family with 2 year child been left with no heating for the past 4 weeks and still not sorted

Would not recommend to anyone... needed help to find a property never contacted me also needed help with a tenancy agreement and they didn't bother

Will definitely not recommend. We enquired about viewing a home and the letting agent told us sure no problem and would get back to us as we had questions about the property she did not have the answers to. We never received a call back and we had to chase up to find out what was going on. Only to hear they already have someone they are probably going to go with! (Sounds like a compromise.) Why didn't they say that on the phone instead of telling us we could view it later on in the week? Completely unprofessional and so sad the landlord missed out on good tenants such as ourselves. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and avoiding ALL properties advertised by this company! Train your employees Belvoir!
